Did everyone sign www.nocruelcosmetics.org already? Nocruelcosmetics.org is a new website with a petition by the BUAV/ECEAE that was launched on January 19th, 2011. Although animal testing for cosmetics was banned in the EU in 2009, three types of animal tests carried out in non-EU countries for cosmetics sold in Europe was allowed until 2013.
